Local news station accidentally tweets link to porn instead of weather forecast
YESTERDAY MORNING, A Memphis news station attempted to tweet a link to an online radar tracking rain and storms.
Unfortunately, however, it accidentally tweeted a link to porn.
Whoops!
We couldn't find this Tweet
The tweet was soon deleted, but not before screencaps captured the tweet in all its glory.
WREG News Channel 3 soon tweeted out the requisite apology and blamed public Wi-Fi for the gaffe in another tongue-in-cheek tweet.
They also encouraged their followers to donate to a number of charitable organisations.
Following the gaffe, porn site in question, Pornhub, attempted to start a conversation with WREG News Channel 3 over Twitter.
Whoops!

Whoever is manning the WREG account has wisely opted not to respond.
Good call, we say.
This headline/photo combination is attention-grabbing to say the least >
This woman’s book about attempting to marry George Clooney has some very unfortunate timing >
